Thank you for your interest in Veritas Classical Schools.
As you peruse our website, you will discover a community of learning comprised
of supportive tutors, motivated students, and dedicated parents. At Veritas
Classical Schools, we ascribe to a philosophy of education best described by
Desiderius Erasmus, the 15th century Christian scholar, when he wrote:
All studies, philosophy, and rhetoric are for this purpose: that we should know
Christ and honor Him.
This is the end of all knowledge and eloquence.
We recognize that God has ordained parents as the agents responsible for the
academic and spiritual nurturing of their children. At Veritas Classical
Schools, we endeavor to assist parents by presenting a Christian world-view
which teaches children to love God with all their hearts, minds, souls, and
strength. Our intent is to communicate the truth, train the mind and cultivate
the heart in a Christ-honoring atmosphere.
